Banking packages. Frequently Asked Questions | DNB
What is the difference between the Banking Package and minimum service charge?

The minimum service charge (0.90 EUR/month) is applied to the customers who use the bank’s basic services. This charge combines three banking services: account maintenance, unlimited on-line debit transfers in euros, and unlimited on-line credit transfers in euros in Lithuania and in the EEA. Other banking services are subject to standard fees as specified in the Pricelist.
The package offers more services for one fixed fee. We recommend our banking packages to customers who use more daily banking services, i.e. have a payment card, withdraw cash in ATMs. The fixed package price also covers the minimum service charge.

Private customers holding at least one account with our bank.

The minimum service charge covers the administration and handling of all accounts, crediting funds in euros from banks in Lithuania and the European Economic Area (EEA), all on-line euro transfers to banks in Lithuania and EEA, utility payments and on-line purchases.

At the moment, the content and fees for this service correspond to the Daily Package in our bank.  There are two main differences: Daily Package holders are offered discounts based on the age groups, while discounts on the basic payment account service are only offered to disadvantaged persons; and also, unlike the banking package, the basic payment account service is offered only to the basic payment account and only at the customer’s confirmed request.
